5 years ago, you helped us become a brand. And more important than that, you helped us become a place where people go to find the most user-friendly mobility tools in the world. The Morph Collapsible Foam Roller is now in the locker rooms of teams in every major sport (including NFL, NBA, WNBA, NHL, and MLB) and used by hundreds of Olympic Athletes around the world. We were even on Shark Tank!!! We are eternally grateful.
If you haven't seen, we have just launched our second crowdfunding campaign for something we believe is equally game changing. It's a space-saving, time-saving, money-saving home workout bench that will have you working out more often, finding new strength, and finding new times of the day to fit in a bit of exercise. It's called FLiPBENCH and we're live right now on IndieGoGo.
When working out from home became the new normal last year, we at Brazyn hoped to find an incline workout bench that would be hassle-free in our homes (i.e.- didn’t take forever to set up and/or didn’t dominate our living space). Unfortunately, the bench we wanted didn’t exist. So...we decided to create it!

Holiday Shipping Update

Christmas songs on the radio, tiny lights, plastic Santas, hot cocoa, and long lines at the mall… It’s a joyous time of year!
Yes, of course because of the holidays, but also for another important reason. This week, a flood of new rollers is hitting the mail stream. By week’s end, we should have 100% of our pre-orders in the hands of either USPS or FedEx and on its way to you for final delivery.

These rollers are coming in waves throughout the week. With such a large number of pre-orders, it’s been a monumental task getting this done for all of you. I just spent 9 days in Romania and worked over 140 hours trying to figure out ways to make the production move more efficiently, while ensuring that the quality met our lofty standards. My fingers were raw and my hands sore by the end of my time there, but I’m thrilled with the way the product has turned out. With a few final tweaks in the process (even this late in the game), and some updated components implemented, our team has done an awesome job cranking out hundreds of new rollers on a daily basis to get us over this last hump in our production efforts.
I’m pumped to announce that we will meet our (re-stated) goal of having all our orders out before the calendar turns to 2017.
Some of you may have already received your tracking number. Many more of you should be seeing them soon. All of your shipping labels have been printed and your orders packaged up. While some orders are in the US and being scanned in by USPS as I write this, some of your rollers are still on a pallet at our factory in waiting to be picked up by our freight forwarders. Over the next couple days, we will have several air-freight shipments coming from our factory. Once on domestic soil, these will be picked up and delivered to the postal carriers for final delivery.
It’s still possible that we could see a delay of a few days in this process. As you can imagine, it’s a very busy and difficult time of year to be making shipments. All the carriers are overloaded and making a big push themselves to get packages and freight to places all over the world for the holidays. In this lies some uncertainty, but we’re hoping that this process goes smoothly and quickly. As you do receive your packages, if anything is not quite right (wrong color/quantity skin, roller, etc.), don’t hesitate to let us know and we will fix it as soon as we can.
Here are some final thoughts and reflections on this process before you get your Morph:
The Morph is a challenging product to make. It is hand-crafted in Europe using imprecise materials (like bamboo and recyclable foam) and consists of over 50 individual pieces. These all need to be assembled in a very precise fashion to make a collapsible foam roller that both looks and operates great, and will last for years come.
We could have delivered something that was not quite up to our standards many months ago. While this would have allowed us to meet our obligation and deliver a satisfactory product (with all the aspects we promised), we chose in many circumstances to improve the product before we sent out something we weren’t quite happy with. Because of the delays, we know we may have lost a few fans. As always, we apologize for this, but we wholly believe that the product has to come first. We didn’t want to compromise on this because we aimed to create a product that itself does not compromise: it is both fully functional (exceeding any other foam roller on the market), and it is fully portable (can go in any bag without second thought).
Our goal has always been to blow you away with the details and quality of what we have created. And we are truly excited to hear from you once your package has arrived and you’ve had a chance to test it out! Of course, it’s always possible that we’ve missed or overlooked something. If you notice anything on day one (or day 501), please remember that we’re here to answer your questions and help. We want to hear from you.
As always, thanks for your support and sticking through the challenges we have faced. We are hopeful that The Morph is an integral part of helping you accomplish your goals in 2017 and beyond!

Roasted to Perfection...Worth the Wait!

Brined, basted, and roasted to perfection!
Like a nice, juicy Thanksgiving Turkey, The Morph has taken a lot of time, attention, and love to get right. And this Thanksgiving week, we are super thankful for all of you that have put up with the setbacks we have faced over this past year!
So far we have sent out about 25% of our pre-orders, and we are thrilled with the resounding reply. Just like your turkey...The Morph was worth the wait!

Here’s where we’re at with the remaining 75% of pre-orders we are working to finish and send out:
Sticking with this delicious analogy. Right now, we’re pulling the proverbial turkey out of the oven and putting the final touches on the fixings. I’m soon headed back to our factory in Europe to oversee this last step and do some final quality assurance. We will package and pre-label all of your orders at the factory. And then, with my final approval, we will send full pallets to the US via air-freight, have our import team pick them up and take the packages directly to the post-office for final delivery to you. In about 3.5 weeks, you will all be able to dig in and enjoy the long awaited arrival of The Morph! Just in time for the holiday season (and your New Years resolutions to kick more butt in 2017).
With this shipment, we will also be moving out of the Pre-Order phase of our journey and into our Live-Shipping phase. With inventory "in-stock" we will be able to send out new orders right away - an exciting proposition to say the least. Thanks for helping us make that happen!
